VIBRATION TABLE CONTROLLER

When your production equipment is clean and in brand new condition, it is easy to make adjustments to your vibration table. Both static bars and vibration table wear strips are flat and easy to align. As your maintenance team will attest, this all changes once your machine is in production. Everything gets covered in concrete and things start to wear or work loose. Best practices include the checking of your vibration table at every mold change or at least weekly. This task is usually not that difficult to perform with a straight edge and a feeler gauge, however it does take considerable skill and patience.

Simply secure your mold safely away from the machine production area, move the production board away, set the VTC with magnetic feet in place. The proximity switch slides easily across the production area with your measurements displayed digitally.
