This monitor is less than 3 x 2 x 2 inches and can be fixed by permanent magnets in many different locations in and around your machine.

Using wireless Bluetooth communication, a computer with a USB port is all that's needed to receive accurate measurements from your production process.

At the heart of every dry cast concrete production plant is the mold. Your products are shaped and compacted while in this mold. There are many variables that can be controlled to ensure the most consistent and quality end product. RAMPF has designed a tool to measure the real time vibration at almost any point on your production machine or mold.

The real beauty is the Bluetooth wireless communication this device uses. Easy to install software and a USB port connection on any computer is all that is required to be receiving accurate measurements from your production process.

RAMPF offers a field measurement service, where our technician will take a complete set of readings to train your staff how to use this tool, further the data will be analyzed to see if some adjustments to the machine are required.
